Gabby Logan: I encourage my children to explore

The BBC Sports presenter says she allows her 11-year-old children to go on adventures without her

Gabby Logan has shared details of her fiery relationship with her and Kenny Logan's son Reuben ahead.

The BBC Sports presenter says she encourages her 11-year-old children Reuben and Lois to explore without her. Logan, who is married to former Scotland rugby player Kenny Logan, says she wants her children to have the freedom to experience the world on their own.

"I think it's important for children to have a sense of adventure," she said. "I want them to be able to go out and explore and learn about the world for themselves."

Logan's comments come after her 16-year-old daughter, Lois, qualified for the British Junior Rowing Team. Lois is a talented rower and has been competing since she was 11.

"I'm so proud of Lois for what she's achieved," said Logan. "She's a very determined young woman and I know she's going to go far in life."

Logan's own career has been equally successful. She is one of the most respected sports presenters in the UK and has covered a wide range of events, including the Olympics, the World Cup and Wimbledon.

Logan is a role model for many young women and she hopes that her story will inspire them to follow their dreams.

"I want to show young people that anything is possible if you work hard and believe in yourself," she said. "I want them to know that they can achieve anything they set their minds to."
